After Sales Service Facilities

We have excellent Maintenance with Modern equipment’s and expert Service Engineers & Technicians. Maintenance Service will be provided by us at free of cost during the warranty period. After Warranty period service will be provided under following terms.

1. The Maintenance Service will be on Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) basis after warranty period for an initial period of 01 (One) year which may be subsequently extended on mutually agreed terms and conditions.

2. Our maintenance service will be providing following:
a. Preventive Maintenance Checkup in every 3 months by our Engineers or Technicians.
b. In case of any emergency repair our Engineer IT Technicians will attend to the call.
c. Maintenance will include supply all necessary spare parts within 6-12 hours at Dhaka City, 12-24 hours at near Dhaka district and around 24-72 hours at outside Dhaka district.
